Structure and system are in constant and organic interaction, both material and spiritual.

PI will try to analyse this issue in a comprehensive and multifaceted way.

Common to all sciences is the interaction, both material and spiritual, between structure and system, and between system and structure. At the same time, this interaction is unique to each science.

Nowadays, special hopes are placed on young scientists in science. However, the age of scientists does not in itself determine the novelty of scientific discoveries. The main thing is not the age of the scientist, but the young age of his discovery. In science, the novelty of discoveries is available to scientists of any age. Capable of youthful thinking.

What are the structure and system of modern science, as presented by PI ?

We deliberately do not touch on structure as a concept specifically managed in structuralism, as a special direction in linguistics and literary studies, where structure receives a specific interpretation that is understandable only to a narrow circle of specialists.

It can be said that the structure of any phenomenon already exists in reality. Its systemic nature is revealed and constructed.

Let us turn to R. Descartes and try to explain the meaning of words in order to avoid existing misconceptions.

From the point of view of PI, science as a whole is humanitarian in nature, genesis, functions and purpose.

All sciences are humanistic to varying degrees and in different ways, that is, they are not materially and spiritually separated from human life, both material and spiritual. At the same time, some sciences are directly intended for humans, while others are not directly about humans.

We will refer to the former as humanised sciences and the latter as humanistic sciences.

Humanised sciences are those that were and are called ‘exact sciences’ (mathematics, physics, chemistry, various applied sciences). They are dominated by the material principle, while at the same time the spiritual principle plays a significant role, most often indirectly.

Humanistic sciences are sciences that were and are called humanities (history, art history, cultural studies, literary studies, linguistics, ethnography), in which the spiritual principle dominates as an interaction between the material and spiritual principles. At the same time, the material principle plays a significant role in them, mainly mediated.

A wide variety of sciences are capable of interacting materially and spiritually with each other, while preserving their ‘own identity’ and their structural and systemic uniqueness.

The proposed essential classification of modern science as a structure and system aims to contribute in every way to strengthening peace throughout the world, a world without material and spiritual violence.

Science should interact not with war, but with peace. This is in the vital interests of humanity, of each and every one of us.

Recently, there has been much talk and writing about peace in the world as a kind of ‘deal’ for a temporary cessation of war between two sides. It should be said that a ‘deal’ is a temporary phenomenon, a kind of “respite” in the struggle against violence, and not a fundamental solution to the question of ‘eternal peace on our planet.’ The problem of life and death is currently particularly acute on Earth.

Strange as it may seem, even paradoxical, there is still no comprehensive and universal definition in science of what life really is as a real phenomenon and concept.

Philosophically, life is defined as a form (a type of existence of matter, and man as a product of highly developed matter). From the point of view of FV, this definition of life is, at the very least, inaccurate and limited.

Most often, reference is made to F. Engels, who believed that ‘Life is a mode of existence of protein bodies, and this mode of existence consists, in its own way, in the constant self-renewal of the chemical components of these bodies.’

This biochemical definition of life is clearly insufficient.

Charles Darwin spoke about the laws of life in his work ‘On the Origin of Species’: ‘these laws,’ in the broadest sense, are Growth and Reproduction, Heredity, almost necessarily resulting from reproduction, Variability, depending on the direct or indirect action of living conditions and on exercise and non-exercise, Progression, the progression of reproduction so high that it leads in the struggle for life to its consequence — Natural Selection. This is a purely biological and, therefore, in turn, a one-sided limited definition of life.

PI offers a fundamentally comprehensive definition of life that truly corresponds to reality.

From the point of view of PI, life is a constant and self-reproducing interaction between the material and spiritual principles, with the spiritual principle dominating and determining the nature and various functional orientations of such interaction. The material principle of life is subject to temporary weakening and gradual cessation of its original function.

The spiritual principle is essentially eternal and infinite, like a special reality. It cannot be artificially created, but only strengthened or weakened. The complete cessation of the interaction between the material and spiritual principles inherent in a person means their death. A temporary disruption of this interaction means an internal illness in a person. Human life cannot be made eternal. It can be increased and prolonged. Any material or spiritual violence worsens and shortens life, even terminates it.

Science, humanised and humanistic, can and must contribute to this in a real way, both materially and spiritually.

Recently, the problem of ‘life after death’ has attracted the attention of a number of scientists (biologists, doctors, psychologists, physicists). Countless wars have intensified this interest. Modern science is not yet able to solve this problem theoretically and practically. FV offers its own version of a fundamental solution.

It is impossible to make a person immortal, to prolong their earthly life indefinitely. At the same time, everything and everyone, reality existing outside and independently of its perception, direct and indirect, is ‘binary’. Human ‘Being’ and ‘Other Being’ really exist as the interaction of the material and spiritual principles in ‘Being’ and as the interaction of the super-material and super-spiritual principles in ‘Other Being.’ With the death of a person, they really pass from “Being” to ‘Other Being.’ Returning from their temporary death (there are many such cases), as a temporary otherness, people said that in otherness they saw it in such a directly perceptible form that they could not convey their impressions of it in their ‘earthly language.’ It was truly a spiritual reality, directly perceived.

It is fundamentally important in the foreseeable future, one way or another, that science be able to summon people from non-existence and obtain information about it from them. ‘Non-existence’ is not some kind of mysticism, but a special spiritual reality capable of conveying the impressions received from its perception, expressed in a language that is accessible to living humans.

The issue of life and death is organically linked to the question of artificial termination of life (abortion), which is very delicate and at the same time fundamentally important for theory and practice, and which has become particularly acute and relevant in recent times (to allow or to prohibit).

PI answers this question in its own way.

Life has different stages (phases of its emergence, state and development).

A human embryo – not yet a human being – is a real prerequisite for the emergence of a fully-fledged human being. It is not for nothing that abortions are permitted up to 4 months of pregnancy. This is the period of the emergence and development of a fully-fledged human embryo, but not yet a fully-fledged human being in all respects, as an interaction of the material and spiritual principles.

Natural liberation from the foetus, a kind of abortion, also occurs in animals.

The reasons for terminating the life of the foetus and the pregnancy itself can be very different: accident, conscious decision, artificial insemination as a way of liberating oneself from all the negativity associated with pregnancy, etc. PI does not resolve the issue of whether to allow or prohibit abortion; it philosophically explains this very complex real phenomenon. Conclusion: ‘Let people decide for themselves.’

Some humanistic scholars explain military successes in a country as the help of God. In reality, it is much more complicated than it seems at first glance.

A.S. Pushkin asked a question that already contained the answer. Pushkin wrote: “What could have “helped defeat” Napoleon I in Russia’s Patriotic War against him in 1812: “The fury of the people, winter, Barclay and the Russian God”.

Barclay – Field Marshal Barclay de Tolly – was the author of the strategy of luring Napoleon deep into Russia.

The words ‘Russian God’ come from a poem by P.A. Vyazemsky:

God of blizzards, god of potholes,

God of torturous roads,

Stations – cockroach headquarters,

Here he is, here he is, the Russian God.

God of the hungry, god of the cold,

Beggars far and wide,

God of unprofitable estates,

Here he is, here he is, the Russian God.

A.S. Pushkin himself wrote: ‘Our roads are bad, forgotten bridges are rotting.’

Thus, both P.A. Vyazemsky and A.S. Pushkin use the words ‘Russian god’ in a broad metaphorical sense, rather than in a strictly religious one.

In everyday life, it is customary to say, ‘That’s how God created it.’ This is also a kind of linguistic metaphor.

Again, the facts are quite unexpected and unusual. It is known that some Orthodox priests and even entire dioceses began to commemorate Napoleon as the ‘new master.’ It got to the point where the words ‘Our Father, Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte’ were included in the Lord’s Prayer. The fact itself is rather unsightly, but it is history, and you cannot change it, no matter how much someone might want to.

Nowadays, there is a lot of talk and writing about artificial intelligence, without a very clear understanding of what it is.

For FV, artificial intelligence is a system of various computer programs that form a certain structure. Humans can receive real and diverse assistance from artificial intelligence, but artificial intelligence cannot replace humans as an interaction between the material and spiritual principles. It is humans who will always create artificial intelligence as real assistants for themselves, and not artificial intelligence that will create humans as an interaction between the material and spiritual principles.

The USSR already had experience with machine translation, essentially as artificial intelligence. However, machine translation proved incapable of translating the linguistic subtleties and figurative meaning from one language to another. Machine translation proved to be very dogmatically primitive in relation to living literary language. In M. Sholokhov’s novel ‘Virgin Soil Upturned,’ there is a phrase: ‘He lies like an element.’ For M. Sholokhov, this refers to the anti-Soviet statements of some peasants who did not want to join the collective farm. The machine gave the following translation: ‘He barks like an elementary particle.’ Complete nonsense.

S. Turgenev says: ‘The provincial leader of the nobility was given the slip on black horses.’ This meant that when the black balls were counted, there were more “against” than white balls ‘for.’ Balls of different colours were used in the vote. The machine translated it as: ‘The provincial leader was ridden on a troika of black horses.’ Again, nonsense.

It is time to understand that no machine, even the most technically advanced, can replace a living person. This fully applies to artificial intelligence as well.

It is noteworthy that a number of countries have recently experienced sudden ‘explosions’ of human outrage and indignation, causing serious material damage in those countries.

PI offers a fundamental explanation for such explosions. Human energy is the interaction of material and spiritual principles.

The spiritual principle of energy is practically significant, especially when, under certain conditions, it noticeably transitions into the material principle, significantly strengthening it.

Systematic spiritual suppression and oppression of people causes a kind of seemingly sudden ‘explosion’ of energy inherent in people, accompanied by materially destructive actions. The spiritual principle of energy gradually weakens and the ‘explosions’ temporarily cease. However, this is only temporary if the source of people’s spiritual unrest continues to operate. More attention should be paid to the spiritual origin of human energy in order to avoid spiritual and material ‘explosions’ that are destructive to society and the individual, both materially and spiritually.

It should be noted that interaction is not the same as dialogue. Interaction can and should become practically effective, both materially and spiritually, solving problems of varying levels and significance.

For the PI, politics is not just a polite conversation between people sitting opposite each other at the same table. It is precisely the interaction, both material and spiritual, between two interlocutors, which is truly effective, both materially and spiritually.

Any negotiations on a truce between warring countries and the indisputable cessation of all military actions on both sides prove to be tedious and useless. Such is reality.

There is a time when modern science cannot understand and explain everything in our lives, especially from a traditional materialistic point of view, and we must wait for the emergence of a science that will be able to do so. It is not clear what philosophical positions such a new science will take, and how long we will have to wait for its emergence. Without false modesty, we can say that such a fundamentally new philosophy already exists — it is PI, and there is also a new modern science based on it in one way or another, making truly fundamental discoveries that are vitally important for humans, both materially and spiritually.

Recently, a comprehensive discovery was made (in chemistry and biology) that can truly be considered fundamental. It was established that people in some countries have long been eating the ‘meat’ of insect larvae and insects themselves, while in other countries this practice is more recent. It turns out that insect ‘meat’ contains 70% dietary protein, while beef contains only 15% of such protein. People can draw their own conclusions from this: whether to eat insects or not. Eating insects is unusual and seems unappealing. Meanwhile, there is already a similar precedent. Potatoes, brought from South America in the 16th century, began to be consumed in Europe as a mass product only in the 17th and 18th centuries. History repeats itself in its own way.

Nowadays, there are already new and widely recognised fields of science: cybernetics, computer science, bionics, in which the material and spiritual principles interact in a unique and very fruitful way as subjects of study in interaction and cooperation in the very methodology of their study.

At the same time, the emergence of pseudo-new scientific fields and even sciences that are fundamentally dangerous to humans cannot be ruled out.

Science and war is a highly relevant structural and systemic issue. There is a view that science contributes to the creation of dual-use products: military and civilian. In reality, this is a more profound and fundamentally significant issue. Science was created, is being created, and will continue to be created for peace, not for war; for creation, not for destruction; for life, not for death. It is another matter that scientific achievements have been used, are being used, and will likely continue to be used for military purposes. However, this is contrary to the nature of science itself, which is humanised and humanistic.

In science, it has traditionally been believed, and is still believed, that as a person ages, brain cells are inevitably destroyed and die, a person’s memory weakens, and the severity and intensity of depression increases. Japanese scientists have made a truly fundamental discovery, showing that brain cells regenerate, memory returns to a certain norm, depression becomes weaker, and here the increase in a person’s age, which represents a dynamic interaction between the material and spiritual principles, plays a well-known and significant role. The spiritual principle is noticeable and, to a large extent, transforms into the material principle, strengthening and stimulating it. This stabilises the state of the cell and prolongs its existence and progressive development in the known world.

The spiritual principle of ‘fast neutron’ energy. The neutrons themselves are emitted in the reactor by a substance placed in the reactor, such as plutonium-239. This stimulates the release of the spiritual principle of ‘fast neutron’ energy by a substance such as plutonium-238, also placed in the reactor. From there, this energy enters the propulsion system as spiritual energy converted into material energy. The conversion is also enhanced by temperature. As a result, the energy at the ‘output’ is greater than at the ‘input.’ A kind of perpetual motion machine is created. Part of its energy can be used practically, and part is returned back to the reactor. This process is truly endless. It can be infinitely amplified in rocket construction.

The ‘fast neutron’ reactor is applicable in a very wide range of areas and for peaceful purposes. A comprehensive universal principle of interaction corresponding to reality has been proposed and is being developed by the Philosophy of Interaction (PI). For modern science, it is truly a ‘familiar stranger,’ although it is not directly mentioned by it. As Pushkin said, ‘Not every word can be written in a line.’ Until a certain time. The fast neutron reactor, as a stable and constant (‘eternal’) structural-systemic interaction that manifests itself energetically, operates in different volumes and in different directions of the reactor. It is truly universal.

This fact is significant, testifying to the important role of pharmacology in modern science, as in the well-known case of the norm and model for the development of all science.

Medical scientists create new drugs in laboratory conditions that effectively treat internal diseases in humans. Each of the substances that make up the new drug contains different types and quantities of proteins that possess an active and strong spiritual principle, like the interaction of the material and spiritual principles. It is the spiritual principle that gives the new drug its special effectiveness.

While the spiritual principle is not directly introduced into anything, in this case, the spiritual principle is introduced indirectly. This is fundamentally important for FV and confirms its theoretical and practical significance.

PI is indeed capable of comprehending and explaining the real essence of existing and emerging new real phenomena, both material and spiritual, and in this sense it is irreplaceable and unrepeatable.

A kind of paradox arises: ‘the conclusion of a truce between warring countries is directly dependent on its positive results.’ The question arises: what are the results of the truce if there is no real truce and it is not at all clear when it will appear? This is certainly a paradox, but a bloody one.

Science has recently established that there are many different types of schizophrenia, including politics. It is fundamentally important to correctly and objectively assess the political judgements and politically significant actions of various politicians.

Any violence, whether material or spiritual, is essentially and fundamentally opposed to interaction and is incompatible with it in any form or manifestation, genetic or functional. FV has proven and demonstrated, in accordance with reality, that the universal law of life is not the ‘struggle for existence,’ but universal existence without any violence, material or spiritual.

Mahatma Gandhi created his own special concept of non-violence called ‘SATYARAH’ (literally, ‘perseverance in truth’). According to Gandhi’s concept, non-violence, like truth, is a spiritually motivated, sustained and long-lasting passive disobedience of the masses, expressed in material terms. Authorities at various levels, especially foreign ones, suppressing their independence of thought and behaviour, Gandhi’s supporters’ rejection of any violence towards other people.

Gandhi’s concept of non-violence really helped India to free itself from British colonialism. At the same time, it was essentially ethnically limited and one-sided: the other side in the confrontation between different parties uses violence, of various kinds, up to and including the shooting of people who disobey it.

The basis of real non-violence is the principled interaction of different sides in their common interests, both material and spiritual, contributing to the strengthening and development of peace without any violence, material or spiritual.

In principle, struggle is violence. Interaction is non-violence.

In science, all the components that make up science, such as structure and system, are in organic and diverse interaction.

Science as a whole, as a structure and system, is peaceful for human life and is called upon to serve the cause of peace, not war as violence. This is the unshakable worldview position of the FV.

We hope that our VNK will support this fundamental point of view in its work and will truly contribute to the creation and strengthening of a world without violence. In accordance with Alfred Nobel’s will, which is unsurpassed in its peacemaking significance.

Thank you all for your attention and patience.

Mahatma, Professor Santhi P.
