There are a number of theories of ageing, among which the theory of oxidative stress occupies a special place. Oxidative stress is a decompensation of the body&#8217;s antioxidant system in which the cells are exposed to the harmful effects of free radicals and reactive oxygen species.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Free radicals are unstable atoms and compounds, and are aggressive oxidising agents that damage the vital structures of the body. Free radicals appear both under the influence of unfavourable environmental factors (poor ecology, smoking, chronic intoxication, ultraviolet irradiation) and in a number of age-related diseases: type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance, obesity, high blood pressure, age-related decline in sex hormones (in both men and women), vitamin D deficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the other hand, the role of water in metabolism cannot be overestimated. Water in its condensed state is an open, dissipative, homogeneous, polar, non-linear, thermodynamically non-equilibrium and self-organised supramolecular aquosystem, the integrity of which is ensured by a unified, polymorphic and structurally highly dynamic tetrahedral network of hydrogen bonds between water molecules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the extraordinary structural dynamism of the H-bond network, liquid water is inhomogeneous in terms of its structure and properties, as all water researchers recognise. Il existe un certain nombre de th\u00e9ories du vieillissement, parmi lesquelles la th\u00e9orie du stress oxydatif occupe une place particuli\u00e8re. Le stress oxydatif est une d\u00e9compensation du syst\u00e8me antioxydant de l\u2019organisme dans lequel les cellules sont expos\u00e9es aux effets n\u00e9fastes des radicaux libres et des esp\u00e8ces r\u00e9actives de l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les radicaux libres sont des atomes et des compos\u00e9s instables, et ce sont des agents oxydants agressifs qui endommagent les structures vitales de l\u2019organisme. Les radicaux libres apparaissent \u00e0 la fois sous l\u2019influence de facteurs environnementaux d\u00e9favorables (mauvaise \u00e9cologie, tabagisme, intoxication chronique, irradiation ultraviolette) et dans un certain nombre de maladies li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge : diab\u00e8te de type 2 et r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019insuline, ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, hypertension art\u00e9rielle, diminution des hormones sexuelles li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge (chez les hommes comme chez les femmes), carence en vitamine D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019autre part, le r\u00f4le de l\u2019eau dans le m\u00e9tabolisme ne peut \u00eatre surestim\u00e9. L\u2019eau \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat condens\u00e9 est un aquosyst\u00e8me supramol\u00e9culaire ouvert, dissipatif, homog\u00e8ne, polaire, non lin\u00e9aire, thermodynamiquement hors \u00e9quilibre et auto-organis\u00e9, dont l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 est assur\u00e9e par un r\u00e9seau t\u00e9tra\u00e9drique unifi\u00e9, polymorphe et structurellement tr\u00e8s dynamique de liaisons hydrog\u00e8ne entre les mol\u00e9cules d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En raison de l\u2019extraordinaire dynamisme structurel du r\u00e9seau H, l\u2019eau liquide est inhomog\u00e8ne sur le plan de la structure et des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s, comme le reconnaissent tous les chercheurs sur l\u2019eau.
