Nowadays headache is one of the most unpleasant problems of mankind. A person can tolerate any pain, but medicine does not recommend to tolerate headache, but to try to get rid of it faster.
Everyone wants to think clearly. With a headache this is impossible. During a headache, people do not think clearly and their thoughts are busy trying to get rid of it.
A headache occurs because of a disturbance in cerebral blood circulation. By the way, the brain itself does not hurt. Pain is experienced by the brain membranes. The brain and spinal cord are surrounded by three cerebral membranes: dura mater (dura mater), spider sheath of the brain (tunica arachnoidea), soft or vascular, cerebral sheath (pia mater, tunica vasculosa).
The skull has a certain size and the brain is limited to its space.
And if there is excess fluid, it creates pressure on the brain membranes, which are permeated with tiny neurovascular formations. So, to get rid of headaches, you need to restore the normal blood circulation of the brain.
The blood supply to the brain is carried by vessels located in the neck through: vertebral arteries (vertebral) and the main (basilar) artery.
The conditions for headache onset are:
1. Vertebro-basilar insufficiency, which is present in most people:
– spending a lot of time on the computer, on the phone,
– using the wrong head position when they sleep,
– who have cervical osteochondrosis.
2. The presence of inflammatory processes in the brain – encephalitis, meningitis, arachnoiditis.
3. Sexual dissatisfaction.
4. Haemorrhage in the brain (stroke, head injuries).
5. High blood pressure, dystonia (meteorological dependence).
6. Disturbance of internal organs (there is hypertension in the great circle of blood supply and the left ventricle of the heart is enlarged).
7. Intoxication (poisoning – industrial, medicinal, food, unfavourable environmental conditions, etc. ). In the world the 4th place in mortality is occupied by drug intoxication.
8. External exposure to certain frequencies and vibrations (heavy rock; sound vibrations, both audible and inaudible).
9. Negative emotions, stress and distress.
10. Etc.
Our studies of patients with cerebral circulation disorders have shown that there are certain combinations of red quality modules (which indicate chronic diseases) in their diagnosis charts. They are located opposite the meridians – pericardium MC (sexual-vascular), small intestine IG and bladder V.
In the psychological part of the OK System this combination (MC/C + IG/C + V/C) means the appearance of excessive emotional reaction of the patient to the rejection of the occurred situation causing negative emotions. Also, blaming a person of the opposite sex for the problems that have arisen.
Various sources recommend drug therapy, head and neck massage, therapeutic gymnastics and other therapies for headaches.
We examined 130 people suffering from headache. All of them were diagnosed with hypertension and impaired blood supply to the brain. All of them were taking headache medication.
We suggested them to follow our recommendations by gradually reducing the doses of medications until they were completely eliminated. They were given the following physiological and psychological recommendations:
1. Sleep on an orthopaedic pillow or a bolster under the neck (with the head hanging freely off the bolster). The diameter of the pillow should be equal to the distance from the shoulder joint to the base of the neck. The pillow should be positioned from the base of the neck and should not fall on the shoulders.
2. Keep the neck warm, do neck massage, neck muscle exercises, massage the head with hands, for example: while washing the head, while brushing the hair.
3. Have regular physical activity (exercise, neck exercises), dance and creative activities.
4. When using a computer or phone (tablet, etc.), watch the position of the neck. The screen should be at eye level, not lower. Otherwise, the neck goes down and clamps the cervical arteries and veins, and there is a violation of blood supply to the brain.
5. When the pressure rises – do counterclockwise massage of acupuncture points:
– The point that reduces the upper digits of pressure, (MS7 – ‘Da-Lin’ – the seventh point of the pericardial meridian).
– The point that reduces the lower digits of pressure (C7 – ‘Shen-Men’ – the seventh point of the heart meridian).
– The point regulating the pressure (RP6 – ‘San-Yin-Jiao’ – the sixth point of the spleen and pancreas meridian).
6. To neutralise the external effects of unfavourable frequencies and vibrations, it was suggested that –
– During charging and during sleep the phone should be switched off and put away at a distance of more than 1.5 metres from the head;
– To spend more time in nature.
7. When experiencing negative emotions, stress and distress:
– Smile more often.
– Eat food that promotes the release of hormones that neutralise the effects of negative emotions – chocolate, banana, orange, greens, etc. (if they do not cause an allergic reaction).
– Socialise and cuddle with pleasant people.
– Get enough sleep – it is advisable to sleep 9 hours a day.
– Apply breathing practice – breathe ‘sobbing like a child’ (2 short inhalations, 1 deep exhalation with the mouth open).
8. Patients were also asked to reconcile with a loved one of the opposite sex. To forgive offences and try to understand the reasons for his/her behaviour that cause them negative emotions. To ask for forgiveness for their misunderstanding.
9. Observe the Spiritual Laws.
The headache completely disappeared in 80% of patients who fully implemented the recommendations (physiological and psychological) that remove the above mentioned reasons causing headache.
In 20% of patients who implemented the recommendations partially (only of physiological nature), the headache disappeared for a while. And then, when it reappeared, they repeated the same actions again until it disappeared. 5% of them, noted that the headache disappeared only when we implemented our physiological recommendations.
Conclusion:
By following the above recommendations, both physiological and psychological, a person can get rid of headache.
At the same time, there is an opportunity to gradually reduce the doses of drugs and reduce the risk of drug intoxication.
